All Areas Mold Testing | Carsten Peterson will visit your site/home/business and provide a detailed and thorough mold inspection and testing.
The focus here is to determine with reasonable certainty:
- the presence of mold
- the type of mold present
- the extent of its spread
- the concentration of mold in the air and on surfaces
Onsite visit not only includes a thorough and extensive review of the site but also proper collection of samples for precise lab testing.
Sample collection includes:
- Ambient (breathing space) air sample collection to test mold spore density.
- Wall cavity air sample, including inside of walls and ceilings if necessary.
- Direct samples through swabs, tape-lift or material collection.
Thorough on-site review involves looking at all possible and common mold contamination spots around the site / house including:
- under sinks and toilets,
- under and inside cabinets,
- inside closets,
- around windows
- refrigerator and panty
- shower and bathtub
- in walls and on floors
- exterior areas for possible water ingress
